: Super clean, very well equipped with necessary devices (i.e. dishwasher) and kitchen tools - all you need for your stay. Facility manager contacted me upfront and was available 24/7, besides that - he is very friendly and proactive to offer support and make sure you enjoy your stay. We had an awesome room with garden entrance (#301) where you can chill-out in the evening or dry your clothes. Cleaning was performed regularly and when we accidentally bumped into cleaning staff, she offered replacement of linens & towels (extraordinary). Two washing machines are available in shared area to use (shared among 4 apartments).
: Wonderful apartment for 2 people (or 2+1, i.e. kid(s)), but might be small for 4 adults. Consider mobility options to your needs: city beach & restaurants could be found in 5-10 mins walk, but bigger grocery stores are located a bit further away. We had a rental car - so no issue for us :)

: Very clean and comfortable apartment. Enough towels, bed linen was white and very good quality. It is situated close to the center so it was nice to walk to restaurant and at the same time it located in the quiet area of Akyaka. It was also convenient to go to the supermarket and to the market which was open on Wednesday. Ten minutes by car to the kite beach. Many thanks to Cuneyt who helped us with any our request within 5 minutes! It was really pleasant to deal. We lived on the ground floor which was ideal with a small kid. There was a small private garden to enjoy evening and to dry beach and kite stuff.
: Just may be I would recommend to add couple of hooks for towels in the bathroom. Nothing else to mention.

  : Great location, clean suite
: Bathroom is way too small. And not enough for 4-5 people. The balcony door screen was ripped all the way so we couldnt leave the door open to get fresh air much.

  : The location was great
: I wish there was some kind of cleaning g products in the property, a hoover, brush, cloths. Unfortunately our cleaner came very early in the stay and then didnt come again so the house got very dirty. Also the only clothes airer is over the balcony so when its raining its impossible to get any clothes dry as there was no where to hang the clothes inside
