  : The studio was not cleaned. The sof was really dirty and also the floor and the dishes were not clean

  : The outside of the building didnt seem very welcoming but then we were really surprised by this nice appartement. Right in the center, we werent bothered by the passing cars like other guests before us. Everything was clean and as described.
  : The shower could be replaced and the bunk beds were squeaking. It tends to wake you up as soon as somebody moves. But nothing really serious to say about our stay.

  : The shower was disgusting and the shower curtain filthy and two chimneys of two restaurants right outside our windows

  : The location was great. Completely central in Akureyri. It was easy to get in. The host was fabulously available and tried to be helpful. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was warm.
  : The kitchen - we couldnt get the stove to work. The owner tried to help but didnt know how to make it work either. That was frustrating. Traffic sounds - the description said it was a little bit noisy but that ended later at night. At midnight it was still loud. Traffic noise was quite loud constantly. The bathroom shower curtain was mildly at the bottom. The tiles werent as clean as would be ideal. The cold water in the bathroom didnt work when we got there. I got under the sink and turned it on. It would have been helpful to have extension chords in the bedrooms so we could have a lamp AND charge our phones. As it was, I had to plug my phone in behind the TV and my charger wouldnt reach to the bed. A first world problem, for sure, but the cost was high, so those conveniences would have been nice.

  : The location is great. We had a Whale Watching Tour next day and that was only 5 minutes walk away from the Apartment. The bedrooms are ok for a family of 4. Free parking was appreciated.
  : The kitchen and bathroom need a really deep cleaning and also brand new kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is really old and also the kettle and other appliances need renewing. I couldnt cook there. Everything look really not good. I didnt feel comfortable cooking there. We stayed 2 nights there. For the money we have paid, it was really disappointing.
