WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children ages 1 and older are allowed.
Children from 1 year old to 5 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children from 1 year old to 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 12 years old stay for AED 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Ajman Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Kindly note that guests that book the room on bed and breakfast basis will be charged an additional fee for children's breakfast. Therefore children can stay in an existing bed with parents on a room only basis. (No Meals Included)

Each guest checking in to the hotel is required to have a valid Original UAE Identity Card or a Passport.

Please note that as of the 1 January 2018, Kempinski Hotels SA is no longer managing the hotel. The new hotel name is Ajman Hotel which will be managed by a new hotel management company.

Please note that in order to maintain a safe environment, Ajman Hotel does not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the swimming pool area. Hot plates and heating elements may not be used in guest rooms and will be removed if found by the hotel staff as a fire safety precaution.

Upon check in, guests are kindly requested to present the same credit card used to make the reservation, and a different payment method can be used.

Please be informed for guests booked on or passing over 31.12.21 will have an optional Gala Dinner at AED 650 per adult and AED 325 per kid Including taxes. And if the guests are on Half Board will be automatically entitled to lunch instead of dinner unless guests pay the difference for the Gala Dinner price.
