Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform L'Aubépine 2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that firewood is not included in the price. Guests can purchase it onsite for the following extra charges:
Kindling: EUR 8
Large logs: EUR 12

Please note that secure garage parking is available for an extra charge of EUR 65 per week, and covered parking is available for an extra charge of EUR 35 per week.

Guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent a kit on site for an extra charge of :
- double room 40eur per bed per week
- simple 25eur per bed per week
