  : The property was clean with a nice little seating area outside - their is a gas hob with 4 rings. Location was very good and couldnt fault it at all - the complex pool and bar is very clean and their were always enough sun beds - the beach is within 10 minutes walking distance and their are at least 4 restaurants and a couple of bars within that immediate area - great to sit in a bar and watch the sun set.
  : Only downside was the air conditioning wasnt throughout the whole apartment and was only in the kitchen diner - so was very hot in the 2 main bedrooms at night - we left the bedroom doors open in the hope to get some of the cool air from the kitchen diner air conditioning unit but this wasnt enough for a good nights sleep unfortunately- but other than that the facilities were pleasant.

  : It strongly depends in which apartment in Lu Lamoni resort you are staying. Our apartment was very basically equipped but beds were very good. Wifi signal strong enough (dedicated router for an apartment). Common Laundry in place. Location is good for wild beaches, supermarket Spar is 15min far away in Teresa Gallura town. Beaches easily reachable with car (within 15mins) from an apartment, I highly recommend beaches Rena Majori (ideal for families with kids....shallow water) and Rena di Matteu, both free parking. Swimming pool in Lu Lamoni was very clean, very nice, great for families with kids, swimming caps mandatory.
  : There was no grass in the front yard, just soil, it doesn't look good. Most of equipment in apartment was old. Almost no equipment in kitchen (no wine glasses, only a few spoons, no boiling kettle etc.). Restaurants around was quite bad from quality/price perspective, simply meal was expensive and the quality wasn't as I am used from Italy.

  : nice, quiet and beautiful holiday village, porch with shade and private little garden, pool, beach nearby, location, good coffee at the swimming pool bar, good restaurants nearby, beautiful area, good wifi
  : kitchen equipment (f.e. not enough glasses), mattresses on the beds were a bit hard and bumpy, airconditioning in the living room doesn't reach the bedrooms very well (we bought a fan to spread the cool air)

  : The position and area of the residence are appealing. The presence of several good local farm restaurants adds to the overall charm, providing opportunities for delightful culinary experiences. Moreover, the wonderful seaside enhances the natural beauty of the location. On a positive note, the apartment itself is clean, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant stay.
  : The check-in time is inflexible, precisely at 17:00, which resulted in a 30-minute wait at the pool with two kids. Additionally, the provision of towels and sheets comes at an extra cost, and advanced requests are necessary while there is no shower soap. Considering the amount paid for the stay, these amenities should be included. The air conditioner in the dining room is a model without the external condenser so it is noisy, and insufficiently benefits the side rooms. The apartment is worn out and lacks proper kitchen equipment, such as dishwasher, stools and plates and there are few electric plugs. Furthermore, the early checkout at 10:30 AM is inconvenient. Despite requesting an checkout extension due to a heatwave, the host did not respond, indicating a lack of responsiveness and poor service. Overall, both the host's attitude and the facilities are unsatisfactory for short stays. In addition to the mentioned issues, the location of the residence appears to be deceptively close to the sea. However, for families with small kids and a pram, walking to the beach becomes challenging due to the presence of a guardrail that needs to be crossed. Consequently, relying on the car to access the beach becomes a necessity,

  : Very nice location - summer houses village with large streets and dedicated parking place. Beach some 5-10min walk and many other beaches accessible by car with paid or non paid parking but always enough space. Ideal place for a quiet holiday.
  : The apartment itself is not very modern and is quite simply equipped. Everything however working. Some more kitchen utensils would be useful. But in the end we had a nice stay and enjoyed it. Basically just one little supermarket and restaurant so crowded and expensive.
