  : The studio was located walking distance to a really nice beach, as well as the shops and restaurants.
  : When we booked it advised we would be greeted on arrival to receive the keys, this did not happen, which would have been fine if they had given us instructions on how to get into our room to self check in. Once we got into our room we tried to contact the host again to get the wifi password as this is not provided in your room. After over an hour of trying we luckily bumped into the guy next door who gave it to us. The wifi is terrible. We had selected pay on premises through booking.com, however as mentioned never met the hosts. The only time they contacted us was after we checked out as the payment had only just come out, all other messages were ignored. There is no hand soap provided and a dirty sponge was left to clean any dishes we used (which we decided not to). It is a shame as the building is beautiful and has so much potential to be good, however we didnt feel very accommodated.

  : Great location, indeed quiet but close to everything you need and want. Also the price was very good.
  : Beds were very stiff and creaky, hard to sleep good for more than a couple of hours. Also they have a kitchenette with pots, pans, cutlery etc, but no salt, pepper, oil to cook with. No complimentary water or anything. Other places provide these amenities when offering a kitchenette.

  : The views. It was close to the sea, bus stop and markets
  : Staff did not speak English, very rude in Greek. Arrived at the property and could not find anyone to check us in.

  : The location of the property is good, very close to supermarket and bus stop, however Agios Prokopios is very touristy.
  : Your key was attached to a fob, which was used to turn on the air conditioning, which didnt work well. To leave the air-con on at night, you had to put the fob in a slot beside the door, however we wanted to lock our door for safety reasons, as it could be opened from the outside if unlocked. This is a fire hazard, you couldnt leave the key in the locked door , which is necessary for a quick escape, as the air con would go off and it was so hot. The property was infested with ants, which were in both rooms. Kitchen very poorly equipped, only a small hob with 2 rings, not even a kettle or coffee maker and it was supposed to be self-catering.

  : The apartment was really spacious & it was lovely to be able to sit out on the balcony. The bathroom was a good size.It's a short walk to the beach, but not too far & there are bus stops near by if you want to go further afield.We arrived early & the owner was great & despite limited English, he let us know that we could have the room in an hour & let us leave our things there. So we went to the beach!Google maps took us on a bit of a goose chase to find it. There are signs but the one you see if you are coming up the hill is a bit faded & so we didn't see it.You get to the property via a dirt track next to a car park.
  : There was no defined place.to check in, or information on where to check in. The owner/caretaker did find us & help us, but a sign to point us in the right direction would have been helpful.
