  : We had a good variety for breakfast and the facilities were good, the location was fantastic close to the centre and to surrounding cafes and restaurants and a small beach nearby
  : Luggage was difficult to navigate from our taxi to the hotel due to the steps

  : Room was worn tired and tiny no were near as big as the pictures showed balcony was so small you couldnt even sit on itThe pool area is useless, more of a plunge pool with only a handfull of beds and in the dark most of the day.

  : The bathroom was big, the breakfast buffet was very good, the kitchen stuff and waiters were friendly.
  : Staff:The mean and unfriendly staff, especially the receptionist and ladies who cleaned the rooms (one even was describing my mom and I on the phone, as she thought that we did not speak the language?!). We checked out one day early and they made us pay for the extra day, meanwhile they gave our room to someone else. Also they have a "pool", which is tiny and at a very inconvenient space. Overall, the stay would have been fine if it weren't for the VERY MEAN receptionists, who I'm afraid are also the owners. You ask them for information, they tell you to look at a few brochures, they even raised their voice bc I refused to pay before seeing the room. They also lied about their parking space. I called and asked and they reassured me that they have a parking space... which is, in reality, around 80 square meters, for a 7 floor hotel. We never found parking at "their parking space". Room: This TV was so old it wouldn't even connect to my laptop properly. I study IT, the problem was not me. It was the TV. Forget about streaming from your phone. The video and sound quality of the TV were awful. Receptionists refused to give us a second key for our room, so when we went out for a little walk or a snack we had to come back to a very hot room (key is needed for the electricity). If you do go there, make sure to turn off the timer at the ac, because otherwise ac will keep turning itself off and you'll wake up sweating all the time. Bed was also not that comfortable.
