  : the view was stunning and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The restaurant staff provided exceptional service, and the wide variety of food, especially during lunch and dinner, was impressive.
  : the negatives outweighed the positives. The room was in poor condition, with dirty spots on the bedsheets and hair on the floor. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, as it appeared that they didn't use a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom was also in a dirty state and didn't seem to be properly maintained. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was not functioning in our room upon arrival, and the staff claimed they were waiting for a technician to fix it. After two days of false promises, we decided to switch rooms, only to find that the Wi-Fi situation didn't improve.Despite advertising a private beach, the hotel charged an additional fee of 10 euros for umbrellas and sunbeds. This felt unnecessary, especially when considering the high cost of the all-inclusive package. The room cleaning service was subpar, with towels not being changed daily. Apart from the restaurant staff, the receptionists, including a young and a middle-aged lady with black hair, displayed a lack of responsibility. Their misinformation about paying for a taxi with a card led to a stressful situation on the day of departure, as we were forced to find an ATM to withdraw cash.

  : Location. Nice beach & taverna. Room & view both great Breakfast was good
  : Bathroom needs a deep clean.....mold around shower. All the sunbeds need upgrading, some falling apart and very uncomfotable. The sunbeds on the beach were charged at 10 which was not worth paying as they are really in need of replacing. Lots of steep steps & ramps to access the rooms.
