  : pros: nice view of sea. good room service for cleaning regularly. clean. comfortable bed. AC works well. champagne provided. local amenities and restaurants in walking distance and good bus line to main bus station for chania town.
  : hill climb to the room, breakfast area, pool and main reception area are not mentioned in the description. not suitable for people with mobility issues as it is very steep, tiring for even healthy people. if I knew I wouldnt have booked Theo hotel. old facilities, basic and dull compared to main reception area. the only nice thing was the view. room itself is not impressive. bathroom light is not bright enough. small TV no coffees or teas not sound proof, can hear neighbours. reception staff initially were not helpful regarding excursions, told us to find out for ourselves elsewhere. but later on our last day a different member of staff was helpful/too late. Showers had cool/cold water no hot water and on our last day was just cold

  : Good breakfast, amazing venue, good service, good pool area.
  : Old and noisy beds, rooms need updating. Almost every night fireworks (next hotel). Lots of stray cats fighting and hotel cat had kittens (and mother was on the heat again!! )

  : It looked as though it has recently been refurbished. The food was what you expect from a continental hotel
  : Our room was dowdy. It needs refreshing and brightening up. Who puts a shower head 3 feet up the wall when we are considerably taller! Surely on ommission; no wine glasses in the room, after all it was a self-contained facility.

  : Staff were great,really helpful and friendly Breakfast was very good and plentiful Staff are a big asset to this hotelAll in all we had a great holiday and stay at this hotelWe would definitely stay at this hotel againmany thanks to you all
  : The rooms do need brightening up as they are very dull,dark furnishings and bed coverings Pool area beds and parasols need replacing as are old and warn out.These changes would make this an exceptional hotel as all the grounds and pool area are very pleasant

  : Comfortable bed, good breacfast
  : Very noisy from the main kitchen, the hotel is up on the hill, if you don't have the car it is hard to walk to the beach, it is not close to beach. Dosen't worth for the money. Also, be careful when make reservation, because when we made reservation the for the hotel the price was 614 eur for 7 nights, and when we payed they took 1044 eur from us. Very disapointed, we made complain to Booking but they wanted a print screen from the 614 euro price (i can go back in time and make a print screen, i never make one when i make reservation)
