  : Fantastic studio apartment, less than 100m from a taverna, and around 150m from a bus stop and supermarket. It's set on a side street, just off the main road, and the beach is around 250m away--so you couldn't ask for a better location in Agia Marina unless a sea view is important to you.The bed was amazingly comfortable--I think it was a cocomat mattress and topper, which I've slept on in nanother apartment in Crete and can highly recommend, unless you only like a firm mattress. The sofas, too, were exceptionally comfortable. I assume they can be used as soda beds as the garden seating accommodates four people. They were more comfortable than most of the beds I've slept in while on holiday in Crete in various places. The garden was a lovely place to relax in the evening, and for my toddler son to play. It was well furnished and peaceful.The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and well designed, with great lighting and a nice three way shower.Lots of welcome gifts were provided, from beer, water and biscuits to coffee, sugar, salt and and olive oil. And my room was ready two hours early which was very helpful. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The TV has Netflix and amazon prime which was great for evenings in and for my toddler.
  : The kitchen, despite having room for a small oven with hobs on top, only has a one ring hob, so cooking isn't easy.There's no sink in the bathroom so you have to use the kitchen sink instead.

  : - The apartment was not so well cleaned when we entered.We stayed 4 days and there was no cleaning service (for 4 days!), bearing in mind that in the Greek islands you are not allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet and need to throw it in a bin, which was not changed for FOUR DAYS. Disgusting and, frankly, very anti hygienic.- The shower did not drain properly and would flood the apartment every time.- The first night, it was very bad weather and the water temperature in the shower was cold. The next day, after we asked, we were told that there was an alternative hot water source, that could be activated. It would have been a nice information to proactively give out, seeing that the weather was too bad for solar energy.

  : This apartment was so lovely. I had stayed in 4 different hotels in Agia Marina and this was my favorite. The price was great, the room was spacious, clean and modern, with great lighting. The shower was incredible and the bed was so soft and comfortable, even the linen felt amazing. The couch was a nice place to chill. Good location just one street over from the beach and all the main shops. Wish I couldve stayed longer.
  : Some noise from dogs barking. the view from the balcony, but the balcony was still lovely to sit on and enjoy the sun

  : CCTV In operation in the back yard. No privacy. The Cleanliness was not good! Under the bed was too dirty, the bins was not emptied regular , the toilet was not working properly , dishes was not clean , kettle was full of salt. The "wooden floor" on the back yard and the garden sofas was too dirty!

  : I liked the fact that for a couple it has the right size and the right facilities.
  : The only minus would be that the shower toilet and sink are separate. That is, there is not necessarily a bathroom and the sink that should be in the bathroom is used as the kitchen sink. The linens I would say were a bit too dirty because I found some pretty big yellow stains or smelled a bit bad but it wasn't necessarily uncomfortable because they felt clean. This may just be a preference of mine.

  : The location was good, 3 mins walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful and nice. The lady was not at the property all the time but she answered us very quickly on WhatsApp every time.
  : The apartment is made to look good but was very uncomfortable for us for several reasons:1. It was written that there are 2 single beds and 1 double bed, but there was just one double bed and 2 sofa beds which were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep. 2. The pillows were too high and there was no alternative. 3. There is no bathroom in the real meaning. There is a separate toilet. A separate shower with glass door. And the sink was in the room, it was not separate with a door. So if someone wake up earlier and wanted to wash teeth or take a shower, everyone was was awake by the noise of the water.4. The was no mosquito net on the door to the terrace and we prefer to sleep on open door.5. There were 2 dogs below the terrace barking every day and night at any time and waking us up. Also early in the mornings there were any noises like construction works and so on.6. There was no wardrobe, just a small area with 6-7 hangers and we were 3 people staying there for 8 night. We needed some space for our clothes
