  : The accommodation is very modern. We probably had one of the smaller rooms, but we were not lacking in comfort. The room was very clean and the hotel is in a quiet location. It is a very small but cosy hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel and book again myself!

  : The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, for example they catered some nice vegetarian options for us everyday at breakfast. The rooms were always clean and towels changed regularly. The pool was also cleaned every morning.
  : The rooms didn't have any soundproofing so whenever someone was in the hallway it sounded like they were right next you in your room. Also we could hear a lot of noise from the rooms next to us.

  : The best of Elia Kalamaki is their staff, specially in the reception with Eleni, Vicky and Theodora. They are always ready to help. The Cuban lady (sorry, I do not remember her name) in breakfast area was also very kind. Thanks a lot! The hotel is beautiful with good rooms, refreshing pool and nice location.
  : We think that breakfast could be improved with more options and some dishes cooked freshly like eggs or omelettes. One more person in the staff would be helpful.

  : Its a nice hotel with spacious room and wonderful terraces. Everything was fine: the bed was comfortable, the bathroom big enough and the shower very nice with different options for the water. The air conditioning was working very well even in the exceptionally warm days we got.The staff has been super nice and helpful with all our needs and went above and beyond to help us find a car rental at a good price, organize (and modify) a wonderful trip to Balos and Gramvousa island, provide towel for the beach and change them when we asked. The hotel was already very good but the staff made it excellent. The pool garden is small but cozy, however we didnt use the pool: too many crystalline water beaches to explore in this part of Crete!

  : Staff were amazing, couldnt do enough for you. Beach towels provided. You can use other hotels in the chain nearby with discount on food. Amazing shower! Just 5 minutes from gorgeous sandy beach with well equipped beach bar that has lovely chilled vibe.
  : The pool is tiny
