  : The hotel had an amazing staff who helped us navigate a late checkin after the trains went offline. Great views of the Lake, Alps, and surrounding area and everyone visiting Zurich should look at this hotel as an option.
  : We checked in late (after midnight), thus the trains had stopped running and we were not able to easily get to the hotel. The staff was amazing and helped us navigate, but it would be nice if cabs were allowed to drop off passengers rather than train access or walking.

  : Location was beautiful, the fact that I had to walk was awesome I needed it
  : The cleaning was bare minimum, what fell on the floor was found on the floor . I asked for an iron and they told me they could not bring it to me I had to go to their laundry room . Reception was awesome but the manager was passive aggressive and spoke like she was doing me favor at some point I told her not to shout

  : First of all, I dont think you could get any better birds-eye view of the city and its lake from any other hotels in Zurich itself! Its definitely gonna be from the Top of Zurich! Its spectacular.We booked the Panaroma Room with Mountain and Lake View - it didnt disappoint us! The room looks exactly like how it was advertised. Im not good at describing but yall, they have super soft and snuggly bed - definitely the best thing after a long day.We topped up for 1 mornings breakfast at CHF 30 / pax - not the best brekkie in Swiss but they do deserve a shout-out for their soft & creamy scrambled eggs! Its chefs kiss.Oh and I love their choice of soap and shampoo so so much. Do look up Soeder, a Swiss-made natural care product. UTO KULM is also selling them, but most importantly, at retail price, so worry not, there aint markup hotel premium price.Ive seen quite some negative reviews on Google which I find quite unfair, so please hear me up.Regarding rooms having no air conditioners, youll be able to notice this if you do enough research, so maybe avoid summer, as simple as that. This didnt come off as an issue to us as the weather was cooling enough (Oct-Nov) to ventilate the room so all was good on our end :)I dont think its fair for UTO KULM to be blamed on hiking the way up and/or the trains schedulesIts literally written everywhere (on their official website and all their booking platforms) mentioning Autofrei / car-free, so you should already be fully aware and well prepared for it, instead of finding fault with it afterwards. Besides, they do contact guests to remind them of the timing of the first and last trains. Its very clear and straightforward. All you need to do is, plan accordingly.Also, upon request, they do provide transport for your luggage and persons with mobility issues both ways up & down the hill, FOC.And nope, we didn't encounter any rude / unprofessional staffs!

  : Small wellness area that is totally overcrowded despite reservation slots. 8 people can reserve for an area with only 4 relax benches and no seating alternatives.

  : The view and the included sauna room were amazing. Bar fridge in the room. Room service staff were very good too.
  : The hotel needs to inform their guests that its not a short 7 minute walk to the hotel, its an up hill battle and should not be done with luggage Also, pasta is egg, flour and water it shouldnt cost 32 franc ($52 AUD).
