  : It is with a heavy heart that I write this review for Miramar Resort after our 8th stay here over the past 3 years . What was once a sanctuary of quality service and tranquility has now transformed into a bustling all-inclusive hub, losing its charm and distinctive character in the process.The main letdown was the overwhelming influx of guests on the all-inclusive package. It seemed as though quantity was prioritized over quality, and this shift was painfully evident in every aspect of our stay.The pool bar, once an oasis of leisurely refreshment, has now become a symbol of subpar service. Staffing levels appeared inadequate to handle the surge in clients, leading to frustratingly long waits for even the most basic of orders.A particularly egregious incident occurred during our dinner at the Cucina restaurant. Waiting for over two hours for a basic dish is unacceptable by any standard. The once exquisite culinary experience has now been marred by sluggish service and a clear disregard for the customers' time and satisfaction.The absence of daily drinking water replenishment inside the room is an unfathomable oversight. It is a basic expectation that even budget accommodations fulfill, let alone a resort of Miramar's reputation. This omission significantly hindered our comfort and convenience during our stay.The most disheartening aspect of this experience is witnessing the property lose its unique character. What was once a haven for those seeking a refined, quality-driven escape has now become an institution seemingly focused on accommodating large volumes at the expense of individualized attention and service excellence.Sadly, after this disheartening visit, it is highly unlikely that we will return to Miramar Resort in the future. It is our sincere hope that the management reconsiders their approach and endeavors to restore the resort to its former glory.

  : Comfortable and service was great. With two toddlers we had required to shower our children before traveling back so the Manager was great and understandable allowing us to check out at 4 pm instead of 12 pm.
  : Property does not have a spa area to shower if required after checking out.
