  : At our room there was no amenities no towels no soap or shampoo, or cups, not even toilet paper and our remote control was not working. We asked the receptionist for a new controller and she said we had to wait until tomorrow. Not worth $---night.

  : Staff was kinda rude. Check in took forever and we were the only ones checking in! They first acted like we were not there, one of them was on their phones., but left to go smoke outside with other people. Even with check out- I told her I was checking out and she just looked at me. Like do you just want me to set the keys in the box? I work in customer service and would be way more friendly then this. I also did not even got the room we reserved- I was to get Queen Room with Roll-In Shower - Disability Access/Non-Smoking- yet got a room with two beds and was not event told that our rooms were changed. Also we got to the room and there was a missing battery in the remote and it was too late to say anything. Along with when we came back late our room smelled like cigs. I should've requested some of our money back due to the rudeness and the quality of the room.
