  : The soft pillows and comfy beds. Seemed clean.
  : Slanted floors. Beds were smaller than expected. Shower head not adjustable and sprays toward side wall ... think it is mounted that way since the shower curtain won't stay closed. No elevator for upstairs ... if we had known we would have been upstairs with no elevator, we wouldn't have stayed there, being my wife has a bad knee ... saw vacant rooms downstairs and called the front desk, but the uncaring clerk said they were being reserved, although some were vacant during our entire stay. Ice machine closest to us was not working for the 5 days we were there. No water for hours, supposedly due to an area wide outage. Our last night there, our keys didn't work and was told to go to the front desk for new ones. This site charges by the person although this hotel only charges by the bed ... unfortunately, two people weren't able to make it, but since we used this site, the hotel wouldn't reimburse us any money and booking.com apparently couldn't. Will not stay at this hotel again or use this site to book a room again.

  : It was close to where I needed to be; It had a well-kept appearance.
  : There was a wasp at the room entrance (so may have been a nest close by that needed to be treated); Our room was at a back corridor with steps adjourning a messy-looking hotel with tenemos playing loud music and smoking on their veranda, with small gate open towards this hotel; The inner security lock for our door was broken off (giving impression that if it was there is it because it was needed and why wasn’t it replaced?); The breakfast wasn’t appealing. We did not eat.

  : We DID NOT stay there because the first room smelled like a dirty cat box. 2nd room was moldy & musty so we left.
