: The hotels location and its parking services were great. We really did enjoy being so central and having everything nearby.
: Although the hotel is supposed to have 3 stars, it was not very up to the standards in terms of cleanness. We found used q-tips on the floor, plastic packaging in the bathroom and the shower was clogged. On top of that, the fridge wasnt working. The overall experience was disappointing.

: The few staff members try to do everything. No self-service at all, so you end up waiting unnecessarily and have multiple people ask you the same thing over and over. This became a bit annoying after a few times. The wellness center has extremely limited hours, also they micromanage how long you use the jacuzzi ( which does not get hot at all) and only allow up to 2 people in it? Also no basic vanity items in the bathroom. Perhaps Im spoiled, but I expected better from this hotel for the price that we payed.

: Spotlessly clean. Great location in the centre. Everything you need within walking distance. We had a complimentary coffee and cake at checkout which was lovely.
: Pillows a little hard. Small hotel but ideally located. A little impersonal on check in but it was the first day opening of the season.
