The traditional Alpine-style Chalet & Landhaus Dorfbäck is just 250 metres from the centre of Stumm in the Ziller Valley. : Very cozy, warm floors everywhere. The apartment was totally prepared for our arriving (including prepared bed for the child). The location is great for us as well (very quite and peaceful), no noise. Perfect! I did some cooking during our stay, and find just all necessary tools and equipment on the kitchen in our 1-bedroom apartment.

: Very nice facility, modern but still with the Tirol feel. Close to skiing, in a village with everything you could need.
: Some heating issues as the controller was malfunctioning, making the interior too warm. We dealt with it, but was a bit frustrating.

: Great location. Beautifully furnished apartment with a good amount of space for 2 people. Lovely big outdoor terrace area, and the sauna facilities are fantastic. All in all, fantastic holiday accommodation.
: Jusy 2 suggestions for improvement: Although we were informed in advance, it's a shame that there's no welcome pack or even the basics like salt or pepper. It really is typical in a holiday rental nowadays to be provided with a few food basics, and it makes an even better impression to find a bottle of wine or a small welcome pack waiting for you.The cleaning staff are quite noisy when cleaning the other apartments - a lot of chatting, shouting, and door banging - not just normal cleaning noise. It's a bit annoying if you want to spend a quiet morning in the apartment.
