Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 12 years old stay for AED 50 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Strand Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of AED 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in is until 15:00. In case check-in is any later, please contact the property to confirm the booking.

Please note that strand has 5 Night Clubs with live dance performances, from Arabic to Indian to Pakistani & Bangladeshi. It operates from 21:00 to 3:30 and there might be a possibility of slight noise disturbance in the rooms.
