Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

A damage deposit of AED 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure.

An additional deposit will be required upon check in to cover incidental charges.
