Policies

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 60 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs AED 48 per stay.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for AED 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are requested to present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel. If booking on someone else’s behalf, please contact the hotel as soon as the booking is completed to arrange for third party billing.

Please note that for security purposes, a valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a passport or UAE Emirates identification card.

Please note Municipality room fees charged at property upon check-out is the same as destination fee per night.

Special requests are subject to availability, the property management will do their utmost to accommodate the special requests.

Please note that guaranteed reservations will be held until 12 noon on the following date of check-in in case of no-show, thereafter rooms will be released back to hotel inventory for sale. Charges will be applicable as per rate plan booked.

Please note that there is an additional 10 AED destination fee per bedroom per unit per night payable at the hotel directly.
