  : Very comfortable stay with good parking right outside the house and decent free wifi. Breakfast at a hotel ca. 4 km away, but good quality and easily accessible... if you have a car. Good contact via Whatsapp... if you can use mobile communicators (which might still be a problem for some elderly users). Good location, slightly outside Zabljak, but directly on the famous P14 road with a nice view onto the plateau.
  : Lack of basic kitchen products, such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea, instant coffee or 1-2 tablets for the dish washing machine. It would not be a great cost to put those basic products in small quantity, because travellers don't usually carry them for short stays. Same applies to kitchen cloths or spare wastebags. Some towels were in a really bad shape and should be immediately replaced. There should be a clear instruction in the house on how to connect to wifi and to turn the warm water. We are experienced travellers, but this can be a big problem and cause of bad reviews for many guests. One of the heaters in the bathroom was leaking water and we had to place a bowl underneath to avoid flooding the bathroom. There are some minor tweaks that the owners can do to make the overall experience better.

  : Our apartment's WiFi didn't work, so we had to use of the neighbor apartment.The shower was very small - there is room.for a larger one.

  : The view around the house overlooking mountains and Nature
  : The house was really old and dirty. No information on WiFi so we couldnt use it. Towel had holes in it. No warm water. Poor Communication and delay with hosts. Breakfast at hotel Soa 4 kilometers away and very bad. Extremely poor value for money. Happy we only stayed 1 night. Can not recommend to any one.

  : the property was well appointed. the kitchen was small but had enough crockery etc for us and a microwave. tbh e bedrooms were large and the beds comfy. the balconies were lovely to sit out on and the views were spectacular. we had the one at the end of the row, so had views over the fields and we enjoyed sunrise and sunset. we had breakfast included which is a few km up the road, so a car is def needed. it had a good range of food on offer and a lady cooking fresh eggs how you like, which was great. the hotel staff were very quick to reply on booking.com messenger when we were delayed arriving. they were also very helpful and informative when asking about things to do locally, so we enjoyed lots of things to do locally. loved our visit and will return if we come back to the area.

  : The staff in the hotel are very friendly. The apartment has everything you need. The breakfast in the SOA hotel is very good. ( 8 mins driving from SOA village).
  : The bed is too soft and they dont change the towels until you ask.

  : Before leaving i wrote this email to the management. Nobody answered We are staying in villa #1 for 3 nights. We will check out tomorrow. We usually do not complain about services that we receive, but staying here made us angry. Here are some points: 1.The refrigerator in the kitchen has light inside but it doesnt cool. We left inside food and medicines that needs refrigeration for several hours. only after half a day we noticed that they are not cold, and there is another refrigerator in the living room. Someone should have told us that the refrigerator in the kitchen does not work. 2.At night, the electricity went down at the villa. So the good refrigerator didnt work for another several hours. 3.This happened twice!!! In the next night as well. 4.The washing machine is broken. It seems to work, but the drum do not turn around. 5.No plates or bowls in the kitchen. 6.Most of the shutters do not shut completely. It disturbs especially in the sleeping room. 7.This shutter soon will fall down on the ground. 8.On of the showers is not usable at all. 9.Most doors, including WC do not close completely. 10.Some more small things like missing battery the TV remote control, no rag and no trash can in the kitchen, and more.
