  : The hotel was convenient, and the cinnamon rolls for breakfast were delicious.
  : Our check-in experience was difficult - the hotel had mysteriously given our room to another guest and had no other similar rooms (king no smoking), so they had to put us in the family suite, with no remedy for the mix-up (their suggestion was to have us pay for the room at a lower price and then seek a refund from Booking.com, which sounded risky). Check-in took quite a while as they tried to figure out what had happened and how to remedy it. The room itself was dingy - the desk chair's covering was tattered and uncomfortable, and there was stain on the wall above the TV. The TV remotes were confusing and needed new batteries. Overall, the price seemed very high even before we arrived, and in retrospect it was extremely high.
