  : nothing
: everything. The flooring was fitted incorrectly and nails were sticking up, which my grandson hurt his foot on. The bathroom door did not shut properly and the handle was falling off. The mattress kept falling on the floor at one end of the bed because the slats were loose. The parking was not convenient and we had to climb stairs up to the 3rd floor with all our luggage and my grandson with no lift option. There was a ladder over half the stairs obstructing the path.

: Good location. Lot of streets nearby so parking can always be found despite being in a busy central location.
: Had issues with lack of hot water throughout all of the 2 night stay and heating stopped working on the last night. Hot water did eventually work after half an hour of running, apart from final morning where it didnt work at all. We were staying with our 2year old child and it was minus temperatures outside so obviously a huge issue not having heating. No compensation was offered for any of the above when the hosts were informed. Was clean at surface level only. Under and down the sides of sofa in particular were unclean which was obvious enough that we noticed it within minutes of arriving. Some issues, all of which have been mentioned in previous reviews I can see going back months have not been fixed. Broken door handle in bathroom, broken tile on bathroom floor, carpet in bedroom not fitted properly so nails are sticking out at door threshold. Bed in the main bedroom isnt great in terms of comfort as has also been mentioned by others.
