  : The location is the best part of the villa. Youre very close to the centre of the city.The property manager was courteous over the phone and over messages.
  : The noise!!! There were multiple tenants in the building who were all noisy at different parts of the day. The nighttime was the worst for us. We heard loud stomps, shouting and fighting, slamming of doors and children running and jumping every evening between 9pm - 4am.There were missing or broken handles on doors and cupboards. Although the villa was quite lovely and had great detailing, the furniture was haphazard and the machinery didnt work, like the coffee maker. The cleaning wasnt up to par - the floor wasnt clean; although the tub looked good it wasnt clean looking so we stayed away from it.Unless youre a very heavy sleeper and dont care about cleanliness, I wouldnt recommend it.
