  : The location is good - it`s a 2-minute walk from the central train station. Also, the city centre is relatively close by - a 7-10-minute walk. However, it`s next to the road so that it might be loud due to traffic. The hotel manager was polite via phone and tried to help when needed.
  : It's an old building with a very steep staircase - good luck if you have a heavy suitcase and get a room on the top floor. The room was tiny but acceptable. I find it very common in old hotels, which is fine, but it would be nice if the prices were accordingly lower. Also, the cap I got in the room was not clean, so it made me wonder about the towels that were dark, and I couldn`t estimate how clean they were. HINT: To get keys, you need to type in the PIN. I received the number via booking, but when I arrived (which was after midnight), I couldn't enter with this number. The owner sent me another pin via booking, but I did not receive it that day (it might have been a booking error), so I had to sleep at a friend's place. Take care of this!!!

  : Noise from cars on the road, as no AC need to open window to have air flow.. but even people talk and walk can be heard

  : theres no staff or a kitchen in case you need help with anything or want a coffee. A breakfast area will definitely improve the experience.

  : Great location, very close to the Hauptbahnhof and an easy walk to the Dom. The staff were very friendly.

  : very friendly welcoming, nice and helpful call in advance with helpful information. lovely recommendations for dinner. Room was clean, towels also clean and sufficient. Next to the train station for parking over night.
  : As my colleague booked the room for himself and I replaced on short notice, I just took over the booking. I personally prefer a breakfast in the morning (there was no option), and I would also prefer an en-suite bathroom & shower. Sharing in the hallway was ok now as I was very early anyway in the morning. The staircase is very steep and narrow, luckily I just had a small backpack. Would be difficult and tiring with a big suitcase.

  : The floor squeeking was a nightmare,the rooms were cold when we came.
