  : The location was pretty good and we were able to find free parking close by. The bed was comfortable. The towels were nice.
  : When we arrived the dining table was broken. There were marks and dirty hand prints on the walls. The bathroom floor was a bit greasy. The jets in the tub looked a bit grimy. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. There was no wine opener. The check in process and getting the key was a bit confusing. The couch had popcorn in it and some dirty spots hidden under pillows and a blanket. It would have been nice to have some coffee or something in the house for the morning.

  : Good location, close to beach and cafes/restaurants. Plenty of room for the 4 of us.
  : Cumbersome entry code with the key pad. We had arranged and paid extra for car parking and was told by the host that the remote clicker for the car park was in the apartment (in a cupboard). It wasn't there so we had no way of opening the car park door. We had to wait for someone to exit so we could drive in. I advised the host that the clicker wasn't in the apartment and he said someone would drop it off that afternoon but they never did. We weren't able to get the car in and out so we just left it there and when we checked out, we sat in the car and waited for someone to leave so we could drive out. The code is very confusing to use the lift from the car park and we weren't able to work it out so couldn't use the lift to get our luggage up to our floor - perhaps better instructions will help the next person that books parking. There was what looked like dog hair or some kind of hair all over the bathroom floor when we checked in. Didn't feel very clean.
